Used to read all Gerald Seymour's books eagerly on paperback publication. Fell out of love with them around ten years ago: seemed a bit samey, disappointed with the Untouchable, Unknown Soldier & Traitor's Kiss, and discovered other authours. That said, I've just started the Corporal's Wife and it's reminding me how good Gerald's books are. Winning formula of topical well-researched subject, damaged hero/ heroine seeking redemption on a mission impossible. He's so prolific I realise I've got a lot of catching up to do with the books I've missed over the last few years.
